About Our Team (Meet With Us)

The Division of Student Success is dedicated to helping all students thrive in a community of growth. Whether you are already flourishing or navigating new challenges, we encourage every Runnin’ Bulldog to connect with our office. Grounded in a culture of belonging and focused on helping you build G.R.I.T., we are here to support your journey with intentionality. Our commitment to you doesn’t stop at enrollment; we are fully invested in your success all the way to graduation. So please, reach out!

Our team is organized into the following areas:

Administration

The Administration team provides the strategic vision and operational leadership for the Division of Student Success. Guided by our executive leadership and dedicated office coordination, this central hub ensures our support systems function seamlessly. Administration directly oversees the three core areas of our division: Academic Success Advising, the Noel Center for Disability Resources, and Success Initiatives & First-Year Experience. By driving campus-wide retention strategies and championing frameworks like the D.I.I.P. Model of Belonging and G.R.I.T., our administrative team ensures that every department is fully equipped to provide an exceptional, intentional educational experience.
