Kara is the director of Success Initiatives and First Year Experiences in the Division of Student Success. Previously, she was the job location development coordinator in University Career Services at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In that position, she helped connect students to off-campus work opportunities that aligned with their career goals. Before that, she worked in Career Services at Clemson (S.C.) University and gained experience working with leadership programs and counseling. She has a Master of Education in student affairs from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a marketing minor from Anderson (S.C.) University. Her interests include baking, thrifting, spending time with family and friends and finding new trails to hike.

Audrea Brown is the Office Coordinator for Student Success. She is retired from Cleveland Community College. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, management from Limestone University in Gaffney, S.C. She loves spending time with her family, nurturing her faith, traveling and exploring new places, and cultivating plants.

Crystal Carter is administrative assistant for the Noel Center for Disability Resources. She was previously employed as an administrative assistant for the law office of Richard Williams, an IDD specialist for Universal Mental Health and a library assistant at the Rutherford County Library. Micah is currently the learning resource center coordinator in the Division of Student Success. Prior to working in this position, Micah worked in Student Development as 国产哟哟’s housing and residence education case manager. His Bachelor’s is in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Philosophy and is currently working on his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Some of his interests include reading, writing, and staying active.聽

Cindy Rochester has returned to GWU as communication access coordinator and accessibility advisor. She retired from GWU’s Noel Center for Disability Resources after 25 years, where she served various roles鈥攊nterpreter, cprint captionist, accessibility advisor, and assistant dean. After leaving GWU, she worked two years as assistant director of disability services at the University of South Carolina, Upstate. She has a MA, EdS in counseling from 国产哟哟. She enjoys camping, hiking, being in nature and watching movies.
