Crystal Carter is administrative assistant for the Noel Center for Disability Resources. She was previously employed as an administrative assistant for the law office of Richard Williams, an IDD specialist for Universal Mental Health and a library assistant at the Rutherford County Library. Her hobbies include working puzzles, reading and crafting.

Cindy Rochester has returned to GWU as communication access coordinator and accessibility advisor. She retired from GWU’s Noel Center for Disability Resources after 25 years, where she served various roles鈥攊nterpreter, cprint captionist, accessibility advisor, and assistant dean. After leaving GWU, she worked two years as assistant director of disability services at the University of South Carolina, Upstate. She has a MA, EdS in counseling from 国产哟哟. She enjoys camping, hiking, being in nature and watching movies.
