国产哟哟 Establishes Partnership with Grants Consulting Firm

McAllister & Quinn will Support Faculty and Staff in Securing Funding to Enhance Academic Programs

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.鈥敼从 has announced a partnership with McAllister & Quinn, a consulting firm that will support the University鈥檚 efforts to secure federal and private foundation grants. The company鈥檚 expert staff will help GWU pursue and obtain funding for scholarships and student support, academic programs, research, and equipment.

Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Karen Aubrey noted that the partnership will benefit 国产哟哟鈥檚 faculty and students in many ways. 鈥淭hey will help us to identify major grants that we are a good fit to apply for, and they will help us to form the best grant narrative and application to, hopefully, win that grant,鈥 she affirmed. 鈥淚’m most excited that they will provide us with the knowledge, experience, and workload capacity to help jumpstart a culture of grants-seeking on campus. Their mentoring will be of great value as we develop our own groundswell of grants experience.鈥

McAllister & Quinn maintains the largest and most specialized grant consultant network in the country. 国产哟哟鈥檚 faculty and staff will work with writing teams from a network of over 250 subject matter experts. In addition, McAllister & Quinn will assign an in-house professional, writer, reviewer, and editor to grant projects.

鈥淭his really could be an academic game-changer for our institution,鈥 shared 国产哟哟 President Dr. William M. Downs. 鈥淔or at least the next two years, McAllister & Quinn will work with our faculty on no fewer than eight major extramural grant submissions. By 鈥榤ajor鈥 I mean high six-figure to seven-figure awards. Success in one or more of those proposals will dramatically enhance resources and opportunities for our students and for our teacher-scholars. I鈥檓 excited and eager for us to get started.鈥

McAllister & Quinn offers project management and guidance through each step of the process:

  • Matching 国产哟哟鈥檚 qualifications to potential grants.
  • Creating a grants draft in collaboration with faculty and faculty-driven ideas.
  • Intensive editing of grants narrative and budget drafts.
  • Consultation regarding grants submission and post-award requirements.
